Kronos to increase India R&D strength

In a bid to strengthen India presence, the U.S.-based workforce management solution provider Kronos will increase its India headcount by around 25 per cent over the next four years.

India R&D centre is the second largest centre outside the U.S. The company has around 700 people and aims to increase the number to 1,000.

“India is an emerging market for us and we want to significantly grow the India business. We are scaling our operations in India and localising our product to make it more relevant to this diverse country,” said Aron Ain, Chief Executive Officer, Kronos Inc. The company is also introducing Hindi language in Kronos InTouch a solution sold in India.

The U.S.-based company is also planning to open a customer experience centre in Noida
