Tata Value Homes launches online booking for Chennai, Bangalore projects

Tata Value Homes, a 100 percent subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company, announced the launch of an exclusive online booking offer for its projects in Bangalore and Chennai.

New Haven Bengaluru, which is located off Tumkur Road is a the township that is spread across 25 acres. The project is expected to contribute 1100 crore to Tata Value Homes by 2017. The other project, New Haven Ribbon Walk is the first theme-based green township located on the Vandalur Kelambakkam Road at Mambakkam, off Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR).

Mr. Pawan Sarda, Head Marketing, Tata Value Homes said: “According to our in-house research, there is a rise in demand for larger houses in Bangalore. Hence, we are pleased to launch this offer for larger units. At Tata Value Homes, we are committed to providing self-contained, amenities and lifestyle homes at an affordable price".

The project offers swimming pool, gymnasium, retail shopping facilities and indoor games room. The project will follow an integrated sustainable township approach and is conceptualized and developed with a vision to create a positive ecosystem for the neighborhood and the community.

Spread across 15 acres New Haven Ribbon Walk will contribute 700 crore to Tata Value Homes by 2017. The project offers a modern free-form clubhouse with an infinity pool, well-equipped gymnasium, indoor games, plethora of outdoor amenities viz. jogging track, tennis court, basketball-D etc.
