Why wear your heart on your sleeve, when you can print it on your t-shirt?

Kilpauk resident Karthik understands this logic. His iTamizhan Clothing, an online shopping portal, offers a t-shirt that proclaims a love for the Tamil language.

“Right from my childhood, the city, the language and the culture have been close to my heart, ” says Karthik Priyardashan, a technical documentation specialist.

He is also passionate about movies and acting.

The designs are such that they have to include the Tamil language. Karthik and his friend Akshara Sugadevan, a student of NIFT, designed these t-shirts, which can be ordered online.

“I like to maintain a personal relationship with my client. So, when someone places an order online I call him/her and take down their requirements. All the t- shirts cost Rs. 499 each,” he says.

He adds, “We also take bulk orders for college fests and for corporate events. Our only criteria is that the t-shirt design must have a ‘Tamil Factor’ in it,” he says. For details check >https://www.facebook.com/itamizhan or >http://www.itamizhan.com/
