When asked about his good health, he attributes it to yoga and walking in the early hours of morning.
“I like to walk within the Theosophical Society and along the Elliots Beach. I’m also conscious about the food I have,” he says.
At present, he is working on a book.
“I have written on titles such as how to age slowly, how right deeds give one health and happiness, the power of the brain, yoga and his experiences while serving in the defence. The book is meant for my family and friends,” he says.
