3 more die of sunstroke in Nizamabad

Heat wave claimed three more lives in Nizamabad district on Sunday. Balaiah, a former MPTC member of Amarlabanda in Sadasivanagar mandal died as he was affected by heat wave conditions. He breathed his last on Sunday due to dehydration and high fever caused by sunstroke, according to information reaching here.

A nine-year-old student Sindhu of Domakonda mandal headquarters and an agriculture labourer in Velmal village in Nandipet mandal also died with similar symptoms.

With this the number of persons dying due to heat wave in the current summer season has increased to ten in the district. Meanwhile, the day temperature continues to be above 45 degree Celsius since Tuesday last.
