Another Emirates flight makes unscheduled landing in Hyderabad

For the second time in two days, another Emirates flight had to make an unscheduled landing in the Shamshabad international airport in Hyderabad due to medical emergency.

Flight no. EK585, a Boeing 777 aircraft, was heading to Dubai from Dhaka when a 78-year-old passenger, Choudary complained of chest pain.

The flight was diverted and landed in Hyderabad on Thursday night at 11:30 pm. The passenger is learnt to be suffering from a heart problem and was immediately taken to the Apollo hospital in Jubilee Hills.

The flight resumed its course at 12:45 am in the wee hours of Friday.
