Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao has stated that Hyderabad is fast developing into a health hub with a large number of super specialty hospitals providing health services at affordable costs.

Speaking after inaugurating the Sunshine super specialty hospital at Madhapur here on Sunday, he said the doctors of the hospital had the enviable record of performing 25,000 joint replacement operations in a short period. He asked the hospital management to spread its operations across districts in Telangana by setting up their hospitals with the offer that the government would allot necessary land for setting up branches in districts.
