Top speakers to give pointers to young entrepreneurs

Octopus Group is organising an event titled ‘Pioneers Unplugged’ that will feature personalities from a host of sectors, who will share their experiences with first generation entrepreneurs and start-ups on Saturday, July 12, at Indian School of Business (ISB).

The speakers represent sectors such as health care, IT, infrastructure, basic research in biology and entrepreneurship.

CEO, Octopus Group, Rahul Reddy, while addressing press persons here on Wednesday, said that the event was an attempt to ‘galvanise technology innovation and start-up community in the country’. “It is an event comprising tech talk, inspiration and of course, networking. We have tried our best to rope in top speakers. Our hope is that while experts deliver their talk, in the process, they also inspire young entrepreneurs,” he said.

Some of the speakers who feature in ‘Pioneers Unplugged’ include CEO of HMRI, Balaji Utla, COO of IIIT-H Foundation, Srinivas Kollipara, president of Foundation of Futuristic Cities, Karuna Gopal and Director of Hyderabad Angels, Sasidhar Talasila.
