DMRC to complete road repair works in a week

May 25, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:40 am IST - KOCHI:

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) would complete resurfacing and repair of damaged roads along metro corridor within a week.

While roads in the city (Banerjee Road, M.G. Road and S.A. Road) will be resurfaced, potholes along the corridor that passes through NH will be filled. Resurfacing would be done after the monsoon season, DMRC sources said.

Drains along the metro corridor too were being cleaned by contractors deployed by the DMRC, to prevent water logging during rainy season, they said.
