Private candidates who wish to appear for the March/April 2015 SSLC examinations can apply online through the government examinations service centres from December 22 to 24, K. Subathra, Regional Deputy Director of Government Examinations, has said.
Candidates who have not applied for the examination so far and those who have cleared the ESLC exams can utilise the opportunity, she said in a press release.
Only candidates who have registered for the practical training classes can apply. The list of government examination service centres, education district-wise, has been provided in the website www.tndge.in
Candidates have to pay the examination fee of Rs. 125 and a registration fee of Rs. 50 while applying. Acknowledgements will be issued to the candidates upon online registration of their applications. Candidates would have to use the application number given in the acknowledgement for downloading their admission certificates later.
Differently abled candidates can access details of the concessions extended to them online. Such candidates who do not wish to do the practical exam should download the application and submit a letter seeking exemption along with medical certificate and other required documents.
