Futureall 1st Andhra Pradesh State veterans’ table tennis tournament will be held at Vijayawada Club in Guntur District on July 12, according to organising committee president Chinta Ravi Kumar here on Saturday.
The events will be held in men’s singles in 40, 50, 60, 65, and 70 plus categories and, 40 and 50 plus in women segments. Doubles events will be held in 40 and 50 plus segments. The entry fee, barring veteran 70 plus, is Rs. 100 and entries should reach Mr. K. Jayaram (98482-11483) and Y. Damodhar Reddy (88011-38095) before July 10.
The tournament will be conducted as per the Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) rules and on the knockout basis. The tourney will be held on best of five games.
