KLU to start 3 new courses

Koneru Lakshmaiah University (KLU) will start three new courses from this academic year. The new courses are BBA LLB, BFA and B. Arch., said university Vice-Chancellor L.S.S. Reddy.

Fresh affiliation

Bar Council of India granted permission for KLU to offer a five-year BBA LLB. Bar Council also granted fresh affiliation to School of Law (KLU College of Law), located on Green Fields at Vaddeswaram in Guntur district. Dr. Reddy told newsmen. The university will offer Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree, animation, photography and film making and admissions are under process. Council of Architecture has gaiven permission for five-year Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) course from this academic year.

Students who completed Intermediate and secured rank in JEE Mains-2015 or who scored 80 marks in NATA exam are eligible to join in B. Arch course, said KLU Pro Vice-Chancellor A.V.S. Prasad.

KLU Principal Anand Kumar, Law College Principal Rangaiah and other staff were present.
