The Southern railway has announced cancellation of following suburban train services due to line block / power block, from 9.30 a.m to 5.40 p.m on July 29, to facilitate engineering works between Villivakkam – Ambattur in Chennai Central – Arakkonam section.

Change in pattern of train services due to line block
During the above period of line block / power block – from 9.30 a.m to 5.40 p.m – up and down EMU trains will be dealt on fast lines between Villivakkam – Pattabiram West Cabin and will not stop at Korattur, Pattaravakkam, Thirumullaivoyal, Annanur, Hindu College and Pattabiram. In addition, Up EMU trains will not stop at Ambattur also.
