Techie from Chennai goes missing in Bisale forest

A software engineer from Chennai reportedly went missing on Monday in Bisale forest near Sakleshpur.

He was part of a team of 15 persons working for a software company in Chennai.

They arrived in Sakleshpur on Sunday morning for a trekking expedition in Bisale forest. Members of the team informed the police that one of them had gone missing.

Sakleshpur Deputy Superintendent of Police Sneha told The Hindu that the team had informed the police about the incident over the phone.

“We will meet them personally and collect more details about the missing person,” she said.
