Pakistan's Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif will visit the United Kingdom from April 30 to May 2 at the invitation of British Prime Minister David Cameron.

During the visit Mr. Sharif will hold discussions with his British counterpart on matters of mutual interest, an official statement said. Apart from meetings with select UK Cabinet Ministers, he will address an Investment Conference and interact with chief executives and investors from the financial and energy sectors.

The visit will further strengthen the close cooperation and excellent relationship which exists between Pakistan and United Kingdom, the statement added.
