Employees should be ready to shift to new capital: Naidu

Indicating his seriousness about shifting administration to the new capital, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has said employees should be prepared to shift to the new capital city.

It would not be easy to leave a city where they had been living for decades but arrangements were being made to take administration closer to the people.

Temporary offices would be set up in the new capital at the earliest and accommodation would be provided for about 25,000 people, Mr. Naidu said speaking at the Legislative Council here on Friday.

Sharing his plans for development, Mr. Naidu said State has abundant resources but what is more important is their effective utilisation
