Mamata is in panic: BJP

November 23, 2014 02:30 am | Updated April 09, 2016 11:08 am IST - NEW DELHI:

Reacting to West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee’s allegations, the BJP said she was acting in panic, realising that she was “fast losing the ground under her feet.”

“She had given a lot of hope to the people of the State, but is unable to live up to it now.

“She is willing to make alliance with her bitter opponents, the Left, on the one hand, and on the other hand, she is eagerly courting the Congress. Meanwhile, the State is sliding into complete anarchy and she has no clue about anything. Allegations against the BJP are the result of this panic,” said Shrikant Sharma, BJP national secretary.
