Chief Secretaries of both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana governments, I.Y.R.Krishna Rao and Rajiv Sharma respectively, will attend the final meeting of Pratyush Sinha Committee on allocation of All India Service officers to be held in Delhi on September 2.

The committee which released the provisional list of allocation of IAS, IPS and IFS officers to both the States on August 22 with some surprises gave one week time for officers to give their feedback and objections.

The committee will consider the grievances and finalise the allocation list in Tuesday’s meeting.

Both the Chief Secretaries in their capacity as the members of the committee will sign the minutes of the meeting for forwarding it to the Prime Minister for his approval.

Sources said that there might not be major changes in the final list of allocation barring a couple of cases which could be considered by the committee. The allocation of AIS officers to both the States is expected to be completed by September 10, they added.
